oh gosh, to be honest my eyes are fraking sensitive and any direct light will cause:

1st. - an amount of pain
2nd. - some tears

so last time was i guess this morning when i got up before the sunrise and went to the bathroom)) and just so you know - winter is the worst with all the snow in the street and artificial lighting all over the city
